The staff is welcoming and they 99% get all my orders right! The only time they didn’t, it’s literally because they were packed and I understood, so I didn’t make a big deal out of it🫠 Carlin got my orders this morning, I love seeing her, she has pretty eyes😊 and she is always welcoming and helpful! There are 2 other girls (one that has cool makeup and the other one remember my orders 😂) that I like a loooootttt💃🏽 but I don’t know their names! But if they read my review, I want you guys to know that I like that store location because of you all. They are quick, professional and helpful!🤭 and they chat with me sometimes while waiting for my order. I don’t have friends and my life is pretty complicated, so that makes my day when they talk to me cause they make me smile.

I went to this location for my regular refresher, and unfortunately they were out of lemonade, which was not the issue. I politely asked if I could just get a cup of water instead and even offered to pay for the cup. However, the manager, Genevieve, was very rude and refused to provide a cup of water unless I purchased something from the menu. The interaction came across as unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. I understand store policies, but the customer service I received was disappointing and could have been handled in a much more respectful manner.

Just had a terrible experience at this location while trying to order I was being rushed the whole time during the drive through. mind you there was no line so I didn’t see the need for the such immediate urgency I didn’t even get a chance to look at the menu Kara the associate was extremely rude while making my order and once I got to the window to pay I tried to let her know there was a item I needed added she let me know that it would take to long and back her line up (mind you there was no line) upon paying and being handed my drinks she slammed her window shut. I’ll be sure to never shop with this location as clearly the staff lack customer relations and decorum. 0/10 / 1:35pm today

I’ve left a review before but I’m back! Not only do every single one of my coffees come perfect and delicious BUT the service ! That’s what I’m here to shout out !! They provide the friendliest , welcoming feeling to go with it . I’m greeted by name . My preferences are met and remembered ! They literally make my day better whether it be at the start middle or end of it . The entire crew deserves raises and that includes management because the manager I think who goes by Sharon is exactly the same . I’d be happy and ready to go if she was my manager too! Her workers genuinely look happy and we as the consumer can feel that and appreciate it so much . I’m sorry I can’t shout every name but I very seriously mean this for all the employees I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in the last 6 months I’ve been coming to this location. I mean look at the pic of my cup today in attaching.. so good but also so cute !🥰
